We were newly married, and my husband's parents from Cloquet were coming for Thanksgiving dinner. I made an absolutely beautiful meal and was just finishing the gravy and without looking reached up for the Kitchen Bouquet but mistakenly grabbed the green food coloring. I didn't notice until it was too late. Definitely not a great color for gravy. Everyone got a good laugh out of it but me.

Frozen Rosette Dessert Decorations

What You Need:1 pt heavy cream 1/4 C confectioners’ sugar Food coloring Aluminum foil Cardboard Freezer bagsHow to Make It:Place the cream and sugar into a large mixing bowl. Whip together until mixture becomes very stiff. Separate into bowls to add the food coloring. Cover the cardboard with the aluminum foil. Use a pastry bag with a rosette tip and pipe the mixture onto the foil. Place in the freezer for at least 2 hours. Rosettes need to very firm when removed to package. Remove from freezer
